Individual Counselling
Individual counselling involves a one-on-one meeting with a therapist and an individual who is seeking support or guidance. During individual counselling sessions, the client will discuss their thoughts, feelings, and concerns in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Individual counselling can cover a wide range of topics including' anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, addiction, trauma, and self-development. The duration of individual counselling can vary depending on the needs of the client, and may involve a few sessions or a more extended course of therapy. We work with any age 13+ to senior years.
